- Payment for any profile subscription is non refundable once the profile is live on the site. - Once your profile is live it is available to anyone on the internet! We have no control over the viewing of your profile or anyone that may make enquiries. - Once your listing is live you are responsible for keeping this up to date, this includes any material found on your page. - The Agency expects the Dj to promote this site by using our content, this may be our Logo, posting events, linking to us or posting website details in other websites and helping with the overall spread of the company. - Any enquiries made to you must be promptly responded to and not ignored. - We cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss of equipment, accidents or "no show” caused by our listed Djs. This includes money or any negative event caused by the Dj travelling or being at the booked event. - We CAN remove, amend and add any information without a refund on the profiles including layout content, images, styles etc to protect the us or the Dj. - The Agency WILL remove any Dj who is found to be passing information on to other Djs not listed with us or is running their own version of a Dj agency. - The Agency reserves the right to remove any DJ who breaches any of the above conditions, if you’re not sure contact the Admin.
